I confirm that if I or anyone in my household or bubble has tested positive for Covid-19 or been unwell with any symptoms of Covid-19 in the 10 days up to Saturday 10th July I will follow NHS and public health guidance on self-isolation and not attend the event.  Symptoms include:

• A high temperature 

• A new, continuous cough

• A loss of, or change to, my sense of smell or taste
