Located at Fish Meadow in Upton-upon-Severn, Worcestershire—just 30 to 50 minutes from Worcester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, and South Birmingham—Upton Triathlon offers an exciting, inclusive multi-sport experience for all ability levels. Unique for its relaxed Saturday afternoon start times, this beginner-friendly event features open-water River Severn swims, scenic rural bike legs, and flat riverside runs across Standard, Sprint, Duathlon, Aquabike, Aquathlon, and Relay formats, as well as kids' races. Perfect for a full weekend away, athletes can book on-site camping right next to transition, enjoy local food vendors, and unwind after their race at the finish-line party featuring an outdoor bar and live DJ until 9:00 PM.

What better way to celebrate the day than party the night away with other like-minded people in a big marquee on Fish Meadow?
The post triathlon party starts at 7:30pm and is £17 per person (£10 for under 12 year olds). This includes:

a 2 course dinner

a disco until late, playing all your favourite tunes

a fully licensed bar
Non-competitors are welcome. If you want to volunteer to marshal you get a free party ticket!
