The Upton Kids' Fun Run takes place on Fish Meadow at 11am before the triathlon. The race will be on grass, finishing at the actual triathlon finish line. Every finisher will receive a medal and get a free drink and snack.

There will be:

• 100m run for under 5 year olds - adult assistance is permitted! 

• 1km run for 5 year olds and over, with individual timing.
